The following Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider (ShopBetter ApS) and the User.
timesup.shop is the only online shopping experience you need. A one-stop shop with the best products at the lowest prices, auctions, instant win games, discounts and much more. We make sure that, as one of our members, you never have to shop anywhere else again.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of items at timesup.shop for delivery in Great Britain, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
To shop at timesup.shop you must be 18 years or older and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. However, if you have not yet reached the age of 18, you may still buy items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or are otherwise legally authorized to make the purchase.
HOW TO SHOP WITH US
Select the items you want to buy and put them in the "Shopping Cart". You can correct the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the items right up until placing the actual order. All prices at timesup.shop include VAT and shipping.
Click on "Shopping Cart" when you are ready to order and enter your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, payment method and select a shipping method (where possible).
You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Continue to Payment" button. Your order will then proceed to timesup.shop.
Timesup.shop memberships give you access to special membership offers, unique product prices, etc. It is optional whether you want to shop as a registered member at timesup.shop. The membership is an option, which you actively make while placing the order, or directly using the registration pages.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only apply if you have actively selected a membership. It will be indicated in your email and directly on your profile if you have selected a membership.
The memberships give you access to special membership offers and discounts on products at timesup.shop. In fact, we are so confident in our prices that if you find the price cheaper anywhere else, we will match that price. This applies to all paying members.
At the same time, we offer a 14-day return policy: If you cancel the purchase, you can return any unopened product for a full 14 days from the date of shipping.
You get an additional four-year warranty for uninterrupted paid membership.
Members have access to a special hotline (you will find the number in your order confirmation, or through your profile after activating your membership). Our phones are open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please remember to have your order number ready when contacting support (English language).
Our service is invoiced on a monthly basis using your Payment Method on the calendar day, corresponding to the start of your paid membership. This is to ensure that all users have uninterrupted access to the website. In some cases, the time of your invoice may change, for example if your Payment Method has not been fully established or your paying membership began on a day that is not included in a given month. If you have prepaid for a month but decide to cancel your membership, the membership will continue until the end of the prepaid period.

You will receive a confirmation by email from noreply @ timesup.shop when you have completed the payment, and always have access to your order history at timesup.shop through your profile. Private individuals who are 18 years or older can sign up for memberships. Most products will have a maximum purchase of one per product per membership, as purchases are often made below the purchase price. One membership is permitted per household and it is thus not permitted to create multiple accounts with the same address. We reserve the right to post-invoice the normal selling price for non-members when purchasing more than one of the same item within 30 days.
4. Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing, you give timesup.shop permission to charge the agreed amount in advance on a monthly/bi-weekly or weekly basis (depending on the membership -type). You may revoke your permission for us to charge the amount to your card at any time.
You may also dispute "unauthorized charges" to your card provider, however, no later than eight weeks after the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
When changing the membership price at timesup.shop, you will be informed by email from noreply @ timesup.shop as well as on your timesup.shop profile.
5. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your membership(*) at any time, and you will continue to have access to timesup.shop until the end of your monthly invoicing period. We do not refund or credit any commenced membership periods or part thereof. To cancel your membership, go to the "Profile" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of the current invoicing period. You may also contact Customer Service by email before the period expires.
* It is not possible to cancel your membership within the first 24 hours due to the registration process in our systems.
Please also note that upon cancellation, your four-year warranty on products purchased within the paid membership period will be waived. If your payment card expires soon or has expired, you can enter your new card number on your timesup.shop profile and thereby secure your continued membership. Products ordered during the membership period will be delivered, even after the membership period may have ended.
6. Cardholder Liability
You must pay the full amount for the entire selected membership period and subsequent subscription charges, unless the subscription has been terminated in the meantime, cf. the above rules for cancellation.
7. Right of Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will get your money back. You may cancel your subscription if you have not used it within 14 days.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we have been notified that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

- We do not charge any card fees.
- Credit card details are never saved.
- The amount will not be charged to your card until the item has been shipped.
- Payments can be split into several smaller installments to ensure safe and fast collection and delivery.
- For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge a foreign transaction fee or other costs. Check with your Payment Methods service provider for details.
Timesup.shop is a wholesale retailer concept where the end user can choose specific courier(s) and prices, based on the users basket size, weight and shipping address. Timesup.shop always provides a 'free shipping' -option, which is automatically included in the final price. Specialty items can apply an additional shipping fee, should the dimensions and/or shipping address not be applicable for the 'free shipping' -option.
Once you have placed your order, it is sent to our warehouse (local and/or third party) for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping of your order.
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-4 business days
There may be cases where the shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we will strive to advise our customers about such delays as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped from / on behalf of our warehouse provider ZooFactory ApS; Adelgade 12, 1, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark, VAT: DK31089816
, regardless the origin of the product(s) (local warehouses, dropshipping services or otherwise). This will be listed on all packages and receipts accordingly.
At no point will ZooFactory ApS be held responsible for any business conducted by Timesup.shop with their customers.
Timesup.shop is build with the intent to process multiple dropshipping providers through Zoo Factory ApS, both now and in the future. Zoo Factory ApS is the service provider behind the direct sales, however not liable for any issues between Timesup.shop and their customers.
This includes warranties and returns.
If Timesup.shop is unable to deliver within the agreed time, the consumer must be informed within 24 hours of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time. If Timesup.shop is also unable to rectify the error within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase. This also applies to special orders.
At timesup.shop we strive to ensure you the best price on all items you find in our catalogue.
To ensure fair comparison, the price we match must meet these simple requirements before you contact our customer service:
- The item must be in stock in the store we match it with.
- The price guarantee applies to items that are actually available and thus not to door-crasher specials, bulk specials and/or to special offers with limited availability/time.
- The price guarantee does not apply to offers that require membership such as a purchasing association/loyalty clubs or any form of payment to access the offer.
In the unlikely event that you find the same item in stock at a lower price in a store chain or major online store selling to / from your country of origin, we will match the price of the item for you. In order to buy the item at the lower price, please contact our customer service before placing your order. We need documentation proving the price before the price guarantee can be applied.
Please note that all timesup.shop prices are including shipping (total price).
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several shipments or parts, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the last shipment or the last part.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, timesup.shop will refund your payment (minus any cost of return shipping provided that timesup.shop has informed you that you bear this shipping cost when exercising the right of withdrawal) within 14 days from the day timesup.shop received the notice.
If timesup.shop has not received the product, timesup.shop has the right to wait with a refund for either of the following: (i) the product is returned or (ii) until the you have provided proof that the product has been returned.
There are a number of cases in which the consumer does not have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, even if the product or service was sold online (distance selling).
This applies to the following:
- products which are specifically designed for the consumer
- tickets for, for example, concerts, theatre, flights and hotel bookings
- delivery of food, drinks or other items of general household consumption
- certain sealed goods if the seal is broken, such as sound and image recordings, computer software and goods sealed for hygiene reasons
CANCELLATION OF PART OF A PURCHASE
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the package to be returned and you are liable for any damage that might occur during shipping.

CONDITION OF PRODUCT UPON RETURN
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functionality of the item, only part of the purchase amount will be refunded. The amount you can get refunded depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, this could mean that you will only be reimbursed for the shipping costs. We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
WARRANTY / RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty.
If your complaint is justified, it means that the item can either be repaired, exchanged, the purchase price may be refunded or reduced, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse you for your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse you for your shipping costs.
If you cancel the purchase, the items must be returned to the warehouse, from which it/they were sent. The address can be found in the forwarded order confirmation and the accompanying declaration on the shipment.
We only accept packages sent directly to this address. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and be sure to get a receipt for the shipment. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive it/them. Therefore, please save the postal receipt incl. any information about shipping costs and any tracking and tracing number(s). When you return the item, please also describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Feel free to use our complaint form, which you will find using the "Return" button on the order on your account here at timesup.shop. This is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing, and minimizes the processing time for your complaint.
When purchasing products for downloading, we guarantee that the item can be downloaded and active for up to three years.
Certain merchandise at timesup.shop is marked as 'FINAL SALE' and/or 'REFURBISHED'. Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE and/or REFURBISHED may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Fragrances, dry shampoos, nail polish, facial care products, products containing alcohol, rechargeable batteries, and USB rechargeable devices (“Specialty Products”) are FINAL SALE and/or REFURBISHED and may not be returned or exchanged once opened or the original packaging or seal has been broken or removed.
REFUND IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
If you complain about the product, and timesup.shop has approved the complaint, timesup.shop must reimburse the full amount, including shipping costs and other compensation to which you are entitled under mandatory legislation. The refund must be made without undue delay from a decision on an approved complaint.
TERMS OF REFUND
timesup.shop must make the refund with the same payment method as at the time of purchase. timesup.shop has the right to refund the amount to you in other ways if you have actively approved such a refund method. Please note that checked boxes do not count as active consumer approval.
Terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended by the Timesup.shop without prior notice to the user. Timesup.shop reserves the right to any grammatical or spelling errors in the agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark and will be interpreted in accordance with the Danish courts. The Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
